Hello and thanks for stopping by my blog today! I’m so happy to be sharing my project with you today and to show you my Slimline Rays of Light Hippest Hippo Thank You Card.

I’m participating in Kylie’s monthly International Blog Highlights contest and the top 10 vote winners get to participate in an International Blog Hop. I would be so grateful if you could consider taking a moment and voting for my card? I’d really appreciate it!

How Do I Vote?

Click on the button below you. Please look for my card (It’s number 14) and click on the little heart sign on the right-hand top side of my photo. Once you’ve touched the little clear heart it will turn to Red  and will confirm that you voted. You can vote up to five times, but it’s not required, you can also just vote for one. Thanks so much, I truly appreciate your support!

The theme for the International Blog Highlights is “Thank You”!

I made this card in a recent Facebook Live. I was celebrating thought it would be fun to make this fun slimline Thank You Card. You can see the replay HERE

I just had use the cute Hippest Hippo’s Stamp set again, which is FREE during our Second Sale-a-bration offering up to the 31st August with a £45 qualifying order. Woo -Hoo!

Talking of which check out those sentiments? The top two words are from the Amazing Phrases Stamp set which is also part of the Sale-a-bration selection. The thank you is from the fabulous Good feelings stamp set and the words have all been heat embossed in White to really pop!

This card is just jam packed full of lots of little details.

The circles have been made using the Rays of Light Stamp set to create some pretty spotlights for each of the hippos.

The backgrounds were coloured first using inks and a Blending Brush before being stamped with the large Rays of Light Stamp set using Tuxedo Memento Ink. I used the Stamparatus to Finally each back ground was die cut using a Stitched Circle from the Stylish Shapes

The images were stamped in Tuxedo Memento Ink & coloured with Stampin’ Blends

The base card has also been ‘splattered with some of the coordinating Stampin Blends

After the live I added some of the Black Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics to extend them around the circles.
