Let’s take a look at the products I used for my cards.

Be Dazzling Ewe

I had lots of fun playing with the sheep and a few of my favourite techniques – Paper piecing and colour blocking & some masking. Lots of shimmer and shine without all the glitter shedding Yay

Be Dazzling Ewe Are Special Card

For my first card I kept it pretty simple, but don’t you think it looks like the ram with the golden fleece from Jason and the Argonauts?

The sheep is paper pieced using the Be Dazzling Speciality Paper. Tip: stamp the sheep in Stazon so it dries and doesn’t smudge when you fussy cut it out

The sentiment and the little stars behind the sheep are from the Hippo Happiness Stamp Set.

The Designer Series paper (DSP) is from the FREE Sale-a-bration Penguin Playmates. Proving that our beautiful Christmas themed papers ca still be used all year around

Be Dazzling Ewe Are Special Fun Fold Card

For my second card used another of the paper pieced sheep to create a fun fold card

This time I kept the colour monochromatic Black, Gray Granite, Silver and White.

The Be Dazzling paper works really well with Gray Granite ink. The sentiment is from a retired stamp set, but seems so appropriate.

Be Dazzling Ewe – Rainbow Unicorn card

Did you know you can colour the Be Dazzling paper with your Stampin Blends? Oh Yes!

Oh course I had to use a selection of rainbow colours!

The little unicorn horn is a die from the Hippo & Friends set – So cute!

Be Dazzling Ewe – EWE CAN CAN

For my final card I created a water colour blocked card another of my favourite tchniques

How To Make this Be Dazzling Can Can Ewe Card

  • Stamp the Sheep image onto a post it note and fussy cut out
  • Stamp the first sheep on the right of a piece of Water colour card in Stazon
  • Mask over and stamp the next sheep
  • Repeat until you have created a line of dancing sheep!
  • Using an aqua painter add the colour block of colour to each sheep in turn (TIP: dry with a heat gun to reduce any blending)
  • Create some texture by adding some splatters of each colour using a coordinating Stampin Blend.
  • Add a piece of the Be Dazzling paper to some Adhesive foam and cut out the letters using the Playful alphabet dies
  • Arrange and stick to the card front
  • Heat emboss the sentiment in White on a scrap of Basic Black.
  • Attach to the card using Dimensionals
  • Finish with some Basic Rhinestone Jewels

Voila!
