Lovely & Beautiful Easy Spring floral Fun Fold – Stamp Impressions Blog Hop

Feb 19, 2026 | Birthdays, Blog Hop, Colouring

Welcome, crafty friends! I’m so excited to share my latest project as part of the Stamp Impressions Europe Blog Hop— and this month we’re taking inspiration from a fun Tic Tac Toe challenge while showcasing beautiful current products from Stampin’ Up!

🌸 Simply Beautiful Spring Fun Fold

So I chose the top row Fresh Freesia – Embossing – Fun Fold

But equally the second row can also apply!!

Oh my goodness — this card was such a joy to create! It’s bright, fresh, and full of soft spring charm, featuring the stunning Lovely & Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper as the star of the show. The foiled detail instantly elevates the design and makes this fun fold feel extra special.

We even made this card at my recent class, and it was an absolute hit — always a good sign when crafters don’t want to stop admiring their finished projects!

✨ The Inspiration

With spring on the horizon, I wanted to capture that feeling of new growth, gentle colour, and effortless beauty. The delicate floral paper paired with softly coloured stamped blooms creates a design that feels light, layered, and uplifting — perfect for birthdays or any happy occasion.

This card also highlights two exciting products in the January to April 2026 Mini Catalogue:

  • Pearlised Faceted Circles (166978)
  • All in a row Embossing Folder (16989)

Both products add subtle texture and softness that complement the floral elements beautifully. Simply Beautiful Bundle (16695)

✂️ How I Made It

1. Background & Base

I began with the gorgeous foiled Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP as the card base, allowing the pattern to set the tone for the entire design. Layered Banner Die pieces cut in Basic White & Old Olive adds some support and echos throught the card right through to the gift card in the pocket.

2. Fun Fold Structure

The SDSP is scored to create a secret internal pocket to house a fun message or gift card The Old Olive mat frames the white panel and ties in with the leafy elements on the front

3. Floral Focal Point

The flowers and leaves were stamped, coloured (with blends & watercolour pencils), and die-cut, then arranged into a soft cascading cluster. I added dimension with Dimensionals and tucked in a generous linen twine bow for a relaxed, organic feel.

4. Sentiment & Embellishments

A bright banner sentiment brings a cheerful pop of colour and balances the floral cluster. A few coordinating gems finish the design with just the right amount of sparkle

Voila!

I absolutely loved creating this card — the combination of texture, foiling, florals, and a playful fold makes it one of those designs that feels special but is still very achievable.
