Welcome to our Tech 4 Stampers blog hop. I am part of an amazing group of demonstrators from all around the world, who are members of the Tech 4 Stampers Academy run by the amazing Louise Sims. Her Website School and Tech Academy helps Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators navigate their way around the world of websites and social media. Now many of us have our websites up and running, a blog hop seemed the next logical step. This month the theme is Designer Series paper! and I am delighted to share my Stunning Gift Card with Flowering Zinnia DSP which has been a real winner with my customers.

Do you have a big pile of Designer Series Paper (DSP) in your craft room? Me too!

This year I have been trying to tackle some of the excess crafting supplies clogging up my craft room and my patterned paper has been top of my list. Knowing I am not the only one has spurred me on to research and design a series of classes to tackle those problem paper mountains.

A few of the projects have tacked those 12″ x 6″ pieces that seem to linger around and the project below is one of the solutions I came up with.

Gift Card Using Flowering Zinnia DSP

So today I am sharing a simple gift card using the Flowering Zinnia Designer Series paper which is available as part of our online exclusives collection.

This card has been a real hit with my class attendees and it was super simple to create, with very little cutting and ‘easy peasy’ scoring.

Take a piece of 12″ x 6 ” paper and score at 4″ & 8 ” on the long side

Create the handy gift pocket on the left hand side section and fold over and glue down to form a lovely pocket. Perfect for gift cards or some bling!

The front & the inside panels have been decorated with some Deckled Edged Rectangles, a die cut Zinnia. The sentiments are from the uber useful Simply Said stamp set

To keep the gift secure I added some ribbon around the card & tied it in a bow.

To finish use three Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins

NOTE: During June this bundle and many others have a further 10% off so if you love this bundle as much as I do, then grab it now and enjoy the savings!!

Voila!

I so enjoyed making this card and I would love to know what you think? Please do leave me a comment.
