Welcome to our Tech 4 Stampers blog hop. I am part of an amazing group of demonstrators from all around the world who are members of the Tech 4 Stampers Academy run by the amazing Louise Sims. Her Website School and Tech Academy helps Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators navigate their way around the world of websites and social media. Now many of us have our websites up and running, a blog hop seemed the next logical step. This month the theme is Celebrate, and I am delighted to share my Silver & White Wedding Card.
Heartfelt Hexagon Silver & White Wedding Card
Today I am sharing a card using a fun background that I made using the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder & the stunning Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle.
This technique is a great way to use up scraps of glimmer/foil/DSP or card.
The strips are glued to the piece of Basic White card and then run through the Cut & Emboss machine using the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder. I just love how deep & detailed the images are with this folder. I have used it for so many techniques already!
Not only does it look amazing, but the process helps to attach the silver strips to the card.
The sentiment has been heat embossed in silver onto a piece of Basic White card using the Heartfelt Hexagon Stamp set & then shaped using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.
To give this card a sumptuous look wrap some silver Simply Elegant Trim around a few times and tie in a small bow
Finally use some Rhinestone to complete the monochromatic look.
Voila!

Beautiful wedding card! What are the dimensions for the silver strips?
Mine were offcut scraps, but I think using 1.5cm 1.0cm & 0,5 cm OR 3/4″, 1/2″ & 1/4″ strips would work really well
