Stampin Up demonstrator – Crafty Little Minx – Onstage 2017
I’ve just got back from having loads of fun at the Stampin’ Up! 2017 OnStage local event in Solihull, with over 480 demonstrator friends! 🙂
We gather together every 6 months to share new catalogues and products, celebrate and swaps. At these wonderful fun events we meet with team members and have a fabulous catch up.
We were so excited to see the new 2018 Stampin’ Up! Occasions catalogue AND the 2018 Sale a Bration brochure and have sneaky peaks of products, but, we are not allowed to share the new items in any guise until Monday, Nov. 13 at 8pm
So what can I share today……..
Swaps
We have the option to give out ‘swaps’ which are card or 3d samples. We make as many as we wish all in the same design (because its easier to make lots of the same design) and swap them at the event with other demos. So that means I arrive with lots of the same card and come home with loads and loads of card ideas and samples in different designs and varying stamp sets. Better still its a great way to meet fellow demo’s from different teams or even countries depending on the event.
Here is what I made this year…..
Little Origami pouches filled with Chocolate covered coffee beans using the Coffee Cafe stamp & Die Bundle and the Fresh Floral
And here are a selection of the beautiful swaps that I received in return
I even received one very similar to the one that I made! Great minds eh?
And finally some of my fellow demo’s give me some amazing presents and I am overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity. Firstly my up line Pip Todman gave all the direct members of her team laser etched blocks.
To the right my generous upline’s upline or Stampin’ Granny as I teasingly call her (despite the fact that there is virtually no difference in our ages), Diane Marlow. The centre my beautiful hair twin and birthday girl Rebecca Willmore and my gorgeous fellow demo and retreat partner in crime. Sue Hookins. Don’t you just love those luxurious treat bags.
Finally, I felt very humbled receiving this beautiful gift from the fabulous Monica Gale. The packaging was so beautiful I was reluctant to even open it, but I’m glad I did. look at these beautiful handmade bath salts and even better all the packaging is made with Stampin’ Up products
