As soon as I saw the Delivering Cheer Stamp Set on page 32 of the July to December Mini Catalogue I knew it was going to be a great addition to my ‘collection’. Its one of those sets that will work for so many occasions ans not just for Seasonal events.

This card was inspired by a card layout I made at a recent card and cuppa event held by the uber talented Emma Goddard.

I liked the idea so much I decided to use it for my customer Thank you’s for this month.

Delivering Cheer thank you cards

I wanted to create a fresh fell card and this colour combination really fit the bill – Coastal Cabana & Fresh Freesia

The base card has been flicked with ink from Light Bermuda bay & both Fresh Freesia Stampin Blends

The second layer has been embossed with the Thanks embossing folder before adding ink with the blending brushes.

The image has been stamped in Memento Ink ad coloured with Stampin Blends. the ribbons were cut in half and then looped under the image to add some soft detail.

Final added a heat embossed sentiment from the meany messages and some sequins

Measurements

  • Card Base: Thick Basic White – 29.7 cm by 10.5 cm score at 14.9 cm
  • First Layer: Basic Black – 9.3 cm by 7.3 cm
  • Second Layer: Basic White – 9.0 cm by 7.0 cm
  • Image: Basic White – scrap
  • Sentiment: Basic Black – Emboss the whole sheet in white and then die cut

Voila!
