As soon as I saw the new Hand Penned Petals suite I just knew it was a must have, but I can now declare its probably one of my best used stamp sets that I have ever owned! I really can not put this suite down.

I made this card on a recent Connect-Craft -Chat live event on Facebook I liked it so much I decided to use it for my customer Thank you’s for this month.

elegant Hand Penned Petals Thank You Cards
I jus love the colour combo of this card – Basic White, Sahara Sand and Night of Navy. Just so elegant

The background stamping has been made with Versamark ink and is a great way to add a subtle layer to any of our cardstock.

The main image has been stamped in Night of Navy Ink and then I used the infill stamps for the set to add some Whisper White craft Ink. I just love the subtle effect that it creates

To coordinate with the colour scheme I wrapped some Linen Thread and some Night of Navy Bakers Twine around the card and I really love the effect. To finish I added some Opal Rounds

Measurements
- Card Base: Sahara Sand – 29.7 cm by 10.5 cm score at 14.9 cm
- First Layer: Basic White – 12.0 cm by 7.0 cm – die cut the bottom with the stitched scalloped die
- Second Layer: Night of Navy – 8.0 cm by 6.7 cm
- Third Layer: Sahara Sand – 7.8 cm by 6.5 cm
Voila!
