Stampin Up demonstrator – Crafty Little Minx – Happy Easter Treats
Today I’ve been busy in the crafty corner finishing off a couple of projects in readiness for tomorrow. Not only is it Easter Sunday, but its my father’s 75th birthday so all the family are gathering for a big lunch. This time because my brother and his family are currently living over an hours drive away we thought we would meet halfway and split the travel. As there was no table to dress or host gifts to prepare I decided to make some Easter treat bark and create a little gift bag for each family member. So I make a whole warren of bunnies based on a similar design that we used at a recent class.
Gift Bag Punch Board Its a great way to use up some of the last few sheets of the retiring Designer Series Paper Stacks. Once again the fabulous Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies are invaluable as the main elements making up the face and ears.
I used the retiring journalling pen to create the whisker dots on the face and create some teeth. The whiskers were made using the 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon which you can fray to release the threads to make the whiskers. Cute eh?
Finally a little gift I made for a friend. I’m so sad that the curvy keepsake is leaving us, but its purely to make room for some amazing new items in the catalogue which will be available for my customers from in early May.
Don’t forget:
Hurry Hurry Hurry! Some of my all time favourite products are retiring and they are up to 50% off. Items are flying off the sale list as they sell out. So don’t delay. Order today.
