This month our theme is anything but a card. I thought it would be fun to share a little super cute framed picture using the Mixed Florals Bundle, that I made on a recent Facebook Live.

Mixed Florals Tulip Frame

This is a wonderful alternative to sending a card.

I do love making layered projects that can be added to deep shadow box frames. Now combine this idea with my favourite stamp set of the moment Mixed Florals and it’s a marriage made in heaven.

Stamp the tulip image multiple times and colour with Stampin Blends. fussy cut the images

By layering them up on Stampin Dimensionals you can create a wonderful 3-D effect.

The background is created using a blending brush and some lemon Lolly Ink. It really looks like sunshine filtering through the flowers. A few splatters of Daffodil Delight Blends add some additional details.

Check out the absolutely fabulous leafy die which is added in Garden Green card, behind the tulips. It really adds depth to the project.

The sentiment is created by heat embossing in white on some Basic Black card and then fussy cut

Finish by adding some Brass Butterflies and colour some clear sequins in Lemon Lolly using a Stampin Blend.

Voila!

What a lovely gift! The flowers are spectacular with the brightness of the colours and the white-on-black sentiment.
