Hello there Crafty friends. Welcome to this month’s Stamp Impressions Europe Blog Hop. I am part of an amazing group of demonstrators from all around Europe and we will be sharing some wonderful ideas based around a monthly theme. This month we have a wonderful challenge to share projects using lots of glitter & I am very excited to share my Razzle Dazzle Christmas Card.
I do love anything glittery glimmery sparkly so this challenge was right up my street
Sometimes it is really hard to cut into the pretty sparkly papers. Trust me, I know that feeling, but it is worth taking the leap and giving your cards that extra bit of bling!
Razzle Dazzle Christmas Card
It has been super busy this month with getting ready for the new January to April mini catalogue, the BIG day & a post Christmas trip away, so I am sharing one of my Christmas card designs knowing it would be so easy to replicate for any occasion.
This card combines two of my favourite’s ….. a fun fold and sparkle
- Make the gate fold card by scoring a 28.0 cm by 14.0 cm at 7.0 cm & 21cm.
- Add your layers of card stock DSP & the gorgeous More Dazzle card
- Repeat the same layers for the central 10.0 cm by 10.cm central panel.
- Adhere two die cut panels from the Stars at Night bundle
- The sentiment has been heat embossed on a die cut circle of Very Vanilla Card, using Versamark Ink, then Real Red ink with Clear Embossing powder.
- The images are stamped in Memento Ink and coloured with Stampin Blends
- Make your own matching bow by colouring your ribbon with a Real Red Stampin Blend.
- Finish with some Iridescent Adhesive-backed dots also tinted with the same Real Red Stampin Blend
Voila!
I so enjoyed making this card and I would love to know what you think? Please do leave me a comment.
If you would like to know more about any of my projects please do get in contact and I would be happy to help you. I go live on Facebook every Monday and Wednesday at 11.00 am UTC +1 (BST) showing lots of cardmaking tips and tricks based around a particular Stamp Set or Bundle.
