Casually Crafting Design Team Blog Hop

The Casually Crafting Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world, gathered together to share our passion for creativity with you. Our focus is to bring you inspiration featuring projects that are easy to create while still packing a powerful creative punch. The projects are made with a few products, making them ideally suited to a beginner or casual crafter. From time-to-time, we may also include a project that is stepped-up for the added wow-factor

Tic Tac Toe Challenge

This month we have a Tic Tac Toe challenge. Have you tried one? Pick a line horizontally, vertically or diagonally and use those elements to make your project. Don’t worry you can use other products, but these challenges are great for kickstarting a crafting session.

For my inspiration I chose to use the left three boxes:

Christmas
Spots
Silver

I do love a punch bundle and the Christmas Scottie Bundle is just adorable.

Plus it’s perfect for creating quick & simple Christmas cards. My 5 year old niece has already has her eye on this bundle for this years ‘Mummy & Daddy’ Christmas Card!

Silver & blue is such a lovely winter Christmas Colour combination, But what about using Tahitian Tide? It’s quite a bright turquoise, but it works perfectly with the Silver Foil and Basic White. What do you think?

The card is mainly clean layers of card and paper with the punched image added to the card with Dimensionals and finished with a Tahitian Tided bow, attached with Mini Glue dots

The sentiment has been Stamped in Tahitian Tide ink and finished with a bow of Silver Simply Elegant Trim
