One of the reasons I love Stampin Up is that many of their stamp sets can be used all year round. Take the Clever Cat stamp set for instance? Although the set is designed around a Halloween theme I have been making lots of cards for so many different occasions by pairing the images with sentiment s form other stamp sets. If you would like to see more cards using this set, check out my Face book live from today where I made a Halloween Bridge card and a birthday card

Season of Chic

This stamp set can be found in the 2022-23 Annual Catalogue and is what it says on the label! Beautiful seasonal images and fabulous coordinating dies. I made this on my Facebook Live and I shared the other card I made earlier today HERE

This bundle will carry you through the whole year and makes the prettiest cards!

Water colour Oak Leaves thank you cards

I loved making this card so much I made a whole bunch for my customer thank you’s this month.

The autumn colour palette of Crushed Curry & Cajun Craze was brightened with a dash of Pacific Point. I love it!

The background has been stamped onto a damp piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor card. The ink moves in the water to create this wonderful effect. I can’t wait to try it again with some other combinations of stamps & colours

I showed a couple of other watercolour techniques with some offcuts of the Fluid 100 watercolor Card and once dried were used for the leaves

the edges of some of the de cut leaves were dipped in Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Copper powder.

The sentiment was heat embossed in the same copper Embossing Powder

The coordinating ribbon is Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon coloured with a Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends
