Creativity Abounds Blog Hop
This month we are sharing any projects we wish as long as they don’t involve Christmas!
This is a card I made on my recent Connect- craft- chat Facebook live and uses the Full of Love Stamp set

It is such a pretty set of floral images and perfect for sending ‘just because’ cards.
Full of Love Kraft Card
I just love how this card came together.
It features some of the fabulous 6″ x 6″ kraft card which adds a different dynamic to the overall finish.
The image has been coloured with Blends and then a lovely shimmer effect has been created using a Wink Of Stella Glitter pen.
Measurements – Full of Love Kraft Card
- Base Card (Thick Basic White): 28.0 cm by 10.5 cm scored at 14.0 cm
- First Layer (Kraft Card): 14.0 cm by 10.5 cm
- Second Layers (Basic Black Card): 13.7 cm by 10.2cm
- Third Layer (Kraft 6″ x 6″ Card): 14.0 cm by 10.5
- Tag (Basic Black: Scrap
- Image (Basic White): 8.0 cm by 6.0 cm
- Sentiment (Basic Black): scrap
How to make this Full of Love Kraft Card
You can see exactly how I made this card here PART 1 & PART 2
- Take the card base and add the first layer (Kraft card) using Multipurpose Glue
- Take the second layer of Kraft card and stamp the Floral Envelope image all over using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Die cut the graft layer using the largest frame in the Scalloped Contour die set
- Add to the card base using Dimensionals
- Die cut the tag using the scrap of Basic Black
- Add some Linen Thread
- Attach to the card using Dimensionals
- Stamp the Image onto the piece of Basic white & colour with stamping blends
- Add shadows to the envelope with and light Crumb Cake Blend
- Add some shimmer to the flowers using the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen
- Adhere to the tag with Multipurpose glue
- Stamp the sentiment in Versamark ink & heat emboss using White Embossing powder
- Trim down the sentiment to fit & add to the card with Dimensionals
- Finish with some Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
- Don’t forget the inside and the envelope.
