Welcome to our monthly Casually Crafting Blog Hop! and my special little bird told me songbird card.
Casually Crafting Design Team Blog Hop
The Casually Crafting Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world, gathered together to share our passion for creativity with you. Our focus is to bring you inspiration featuring projects that are easy to create while still packing a powerful creative punch. The projects are made with a few products, making them ideally suited to a beginner or casual crafter. From time-to-time, we may also include a project that is stepped-up for the added wow-factor
We will be sharing our ideas on the 3rd Saturday of each month and you can hop around the group and gather loads of inspiration. So grab yourself a cup of your favourite beverage, sit back & enjoy the hop!
Colour Challenge
With May being the launch of the 2022-23 Annual Catalogue, you won’t be surprised to know that our challenge for this month is the 2022-2024 In-Colors. Boy are they gorgeous! I still haven’t settled on a favourite yet. I would love to know which one yours is?
For some reason the colour picker on the graphic doesn’t really do justice to the In-colors so here they are in all their glory:
Sweet Songbird Stamp set
Today I am using a new stamp set Sweet Songbird from the new Annual Catalogue. It is just so cute & has already become a firm favourite.
Even better the stamp set can be bundled with the Songbird Builder Punch for really quick and easy card making.
A Little Bird Told Me…. Card
Wishing to showcase all those pretty new In-colors required another Slimline card. Even with a full height Slimline card it was impossible to fit 5 birds on the card…… I did try! In the end I decided to turn their nests into a new bed to showcase the Parakeet party. They look so comfy.
