Creativity Abounds Blog Hop
This month we are sharing some lovely Gift Packaging projects . I thought I would share the little table gifts that I made for some of my team members who joined me this weekend for Onstage@home.
Firstly let me introduce you to the bundle I used as the basis of my project. Its the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle on page 9 of the Jul to Dec Mini Catalogue. It is just so pretty.
I used the coordinating Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ by 6″ Designer series paper & some of the Heartwarming Hugs 2″ by 12″ Designer series papers. They work really well together as they are packed full of traditional Christmas reds and green
To decorate the mug I also used the Warm hugs dies,
Easy Coffee Cup Gift Packaging
To cover the cups with DSP, just take one of the coffee cups need and cut one apart, trace around to create a template.
NB: add a little ‘seam’ allowance so the wrap overlaps a little for that perfect flawless finish.
The sentiment is perfect for these gifts as each cup holds some of these gorgeous gingerbread men.
You can also add a little Pear Pizzazz embossed collar wrap using the Warm Wraps dies and finish the sides with a Real red ruffle bow.
The tops have been decorated with a couple of layering circle dies and a die cut shape from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ by 6″ Designer series paper. so minimal stamping required.
These would make perfect table gifts or party favour
