We are now in the last couple of weeks of the 2020-21 Annual Catalogue and today I wanted to say a fond farewell to some of my favourite retiring products on my Facebook live .
One of the bundles I am sad to see leaving our offering is the pretty Banded Together and the coordinating Detailed Bands Dies. At the time of posting these products were still available to purchase at a discount in the Last Chance Retirement List!
Blended Banded Together Thank You card
Sometimes a thank you card needs to say a little more and this card fits the bill perfectly.
How to make this Blended Banded Together Thank You card
- Take the card base and burnish on the score line to create the card
- Attach the second layer to the first layer with glue
- Wrap some white bakers twine around the layers about 3-4 times using tear tape and attach to the base card
- Die cut the pretty filigree frame from the basic white third layer and attach to the base card using mini glue dots
- Stamp the sentiment onto the label that is created when die cutting the frame, in Granny Apple Green Ink & add to the card using Dimensionals
- Stamp two of the large floral images in Gorgeous Grape & colour with Highland Heather and Purple Posy Stampin Blends
- Either die cut or fussy cut out the flowers
- Shape the flowers with a bone folder and attach to the card using glue & Dimensionals.
- Die cut some leaves with the scrap Granny Apple Green card and tuck under the flowers
- Finish with some basic Rhinestones
Measurements
- Base: Highland Heather – 29.7 cm by 10.5 cm scored at 14.9 cm to form the base card.
- First Layer: Basic White– 14.5 cm by 10.2 cm
- Second Layer: Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper – 14.2 cm by 9.9 cm
- Third Layer: Basic White – 10.0 cm by 5.0 cm

Blended Banded Together Alternative card
During today’s Facebook live I also made another card using the same products. I love taking the same papers and Stamp set and making a variety of cards. It always makes me feel I am getting value for money from my products.
All the same elements, just in a different layout. You can see how I made both of these cards HERE.
Voila!
I had great fun making these cards this month and I would love to know what you think? Please do leave me a comment.
If you would like to know more about any of my projects please do get in contact and I would be happy to help you.
