We have already celebrated mothers day in the UK, But I couldn’t resist making a Beautiful Moments Mothers Day Card to share this wonderful stamp set with you.

Beautiful Moments

I have been itching to use this stamp set again for a while and decided to pair it with the wonderful Strong and beautiful Stamp set for the sentiment.

Beautiful Moments Mothers Day Card

The image I used today reminds me of holidays paddling in the sea with my mum.

I used the blends to colour my image keeping the seaside tones of blue and yellow with just a pop of Flirty Flamingo pink for the child’s dress.

How to make this Beautiful Moments Mothers Day Card

• Take the card base and burnish on the score line to create the card
• Add the 1st layer with glue
• Die cut the second layer with the largest Stitched Nested Label die
• Stamp the image in Tuxedo Memento Black ink
• Colour your image with blends
• Attach to the card base using Dimensionals
• Stamp sentiment on scrap of card using Black memento Ink
• Fussy cut and separate the words, arrange on the card and either attach with glue or dimensionals

NOTE: As I mentioned above. Mothers Day has already passed in the UK for this year so I didn’t stick my sentiment down & then I could change it for another one.

Measurements

• Base: Thick Whisper White – 29.7 cm by 10.5 cm scored at 14.9 cm to form the base card.
• First Layer: Subtles 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper – 14.5 cm by 10.2 cm
• Second Layer: Basic White – 13.0 cm by 8.0 cm
• Sentiment: Basic White – scrap
