This month is the start of Sale-a-ration where you have the opportunity to earn FREE products with a qualifying spend. So I chose to use the oh so Ombre Designer Series papers from the Sale-a-bration brochure for my Triple Pop-Up Cube Card project

What is Sale-a-bration

From 5th January to 28th February you can chose a FREE Sale-a-bration product with every £45 (€60) or £90 (€120) you spend (before shipping and handling). There are some stunning Stamp sets and patterned papers to select and I cannot wait to share some more ideas over the coming days.

Today I chose to use the beautiful Oh so Ombre Designer Series Papers for my project. The pack contains 48 6″ by 6″ sheets: 12 each of 1 double sided design in 4 different colours. Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay , Rococo Rose and Blackberry Bliss.

Triple Pop-Up Cube Card

This Triple Pop-Up Cube card is so much simpler to make than you would think. The card base is three pieces of Thick Whisper White card stock scored and folded.

Once attached together I simply added layers of Basic Black card stock and the Ombre papers to the visible sides and decorated with some punched daisies. I used up the scraps to make the centres of the daisies so nothing is wasted.

The sentiment is from the Happiest of Birthdays Stamp set and die cut using the Tasteful Labels .

The trickiest bit was attaching the daisy and the sentiment to the front edges of the boxes which I did with three punched shapes using the Classic Label Punch.

    • 29.2 cm by 14.0 cm score at 7, 14, 21 and 28 cm on long side

  • Sentiment – Label die 10.0 cm by 5.5cm

I also made another card in just the Rococco Rose papers to show off more of the stunning colours. Doesn’t it look pretty?

And the best bit is this card will fold down flat to post in a 6″ by 6″ envelope. Yay!
